Just because a club spends a lot on wages this does not guarentee success, you have to get the right gel of players and and management.
Whilst your so called big clubs may have the financial clout to sign a lot of the better players about this does not mean they will fit in look at Chelsea all the money in the world but they haven't won anything yet and you wouldn't say Arsenal are one of the richest clubs in the world, with the likes of Henry & Viera being signed as virtual unknowns and brought through and this also applies in non league.
As for Gainsborough Trinity, we don't splash the cash around but then again we're not in debt have a ground good enough for the conference, I think there will be a few suprises and that Gainsborough Trinity will be around the Conference North for a few years to come.
