I understand that was when both lancaster and alfreton went down from the unibond prem. I did not find any trouble when you came to us. Historically there have been times when alfreton fans did have a reputation- trouble was it was a few not the many. I did say we may have a few nutters but to be honest they are quite harmless if you chat to them. The trouble at alty was hardly a World war and was perhaps overdone by both sides.I do not wish to say there has no been a problem fan or two- but our chairman does come down hard on any that are reported and I suggest that if any fan has a probelm with any alfreton fan then they should apporach our chairman either on day(prefable) or in writing citring the incident and the description of the fan. i can assure you Wayne bradley takes such things seriously and would investigate and get back to you soonest.Wayne has pledged that our club is to be a family friendly club and that is the aim of the Board. I take my 11 year old daughter to matches and feel that she does not hear anything untoward. and feels safe. But then the vast majority of fans are at alfreton and elsewhere just there to enjoy the match(well hopefully)
