the conf is two division now really the haves at one end, have nots at teh other, if we can finsh above three other have nots, then game on. brings in more money throughout the season, and we can theen build on that, gradually earning more money, investing it in the team and edging up two places further each season, before you know it, we are winning the conference play off from fifth place and dancing all the way to div 3.
