ROOM FOR RENT IN A VERY NICE FLAT / PENTHOUSE BARCELONA

Hi!
I have a room for rent in a penthouse starting from the 20 of June or 1rst of July, in the neighbourhood of San Andreu. Next to the metro Fabra I Puig , Virrei Amat and Maragall as well as the train San Andreu de Arrenal(situated halfway from the centre and Cerdanoyala Universidad, 10mn from Plaza Catalunya). You need 15mn to get to the centre.
The flat is big (130 m2) and nice. It has 4 four bedrooms (one for guests), 2 terraces with tables, chairs and sofas. The flat is fully furnished with washing machine, new kitchen and bathroom, a/c, central heating, lift, 2 TV, DVD, stereo, surround system, internet/ADSL, BBQ.
I am French, 30 years old, working here for the past 3 years and smoker.
The room is small but with a double bed and much light.
The rent is 300€ if it is for long term expenses not included and 350€ for short term with expenses included except for the phone and internet plus deposit.
