Many good Jr. B teams have appeared that way against Elora this year. Therefore my answer to your original question is no , the Rebels cannot win the Founders this year, if only for the fact that they are on the same side of the playoffs as Elora.
the rebels are capable of winning the founders because of the all around talent they have. there not scared of any team, there more talented and just as quick as elora. if they want to beat them they will just have to stay away from penalties.
but we won't see that match up unless they can beat wallaceburg. which is also a very good team.
