I doubt there is a formal agreement with CI and Alcor. I think either would try to help try to take patients from the other but do they have the resources? Could CI handle taking all of Alcor patients if Alcor dissolved? I have doubts on that. Perhaps some could make temporary storage facilities if we could somehow come together. I am not sure the fall of Alcor is imminent though but I do hope things stabilize there.
On the president of the United States and cryonics, we are far too insignificant for a president, particularly with all the problems on the table at the moment. I vaguely remember a post from the past about someone writing McCain about it but even if he had won I do not think he would have even remembered it let alone do anything about it. The issues would be more likely to occur on a state level IMHO not federal government, at least at this time in my opinion.
