How did Baldyga and Johnson hook up, and why did he help Johnson write an alleged exposé about the dark cryonics cult at Alcor? Apparently this is the first book Baldyga has published under his own name, which suggests that he hasn't made a career of helping nonwriters get their stories into publishable form. I think there's something more to this story we have yet to hear.
