I hate to be the one to break this to you, but when a person has to hire an attorney and make "corrective statements," it is a tacit admission of libel and/or slander. In addition to what you have seen on this forum, there is other proof, which you are unaware of. I'm sure Platt would like you to drop this, as would I, but I can prove the statements I have made. If he agrees with you, that I have made false statements about him, let him have his attorney call mine. Platt's a big boy, I doubt he really appreciates you defending his honor, (keeping his past transgressions in the limelight).
I would be quite happy not to bring up his past distortions of the truth, if he would quit offering to provided "private and confidential" information, regarding the activities of the cryonics organizations, to the readers of this forum. If what SA and Alcor are doing is productive, let them publish it and prove my criticisms wrong.
