The false statement which you made is, "I was referring to someone who has admitted to committing libel, on this forum."
This is false because he has not admitted to committing libel. You can sugarcoat your lie with words like "tacit" all you want, but your statement is still false. Your accusation of libel certainly does not make him guilty of libel. Good grief.
