Criminal libel? You must be joking. Charles get your facts straight. No one tried to excite a breach of the peace in this forum. Even if someone did, only a prosecutor could bring criminal charges and only in the few states where criminal libel is still on the books (your state is not one of them). I think that in the last 35 years there was only one conviction in USA in trial courts under the criminal libel statutes.
