If Platt is attempting to imply that he made the corrective statement for the noble purpose of protecting the friends he listed, I asked his attorney if the agreement would preclude me from filing suit against the others, if the false statements were to continue, and he said, "Absolutely not, it only protects Mr. Platt."
As I stated, I didn't ask for anything more than the lies that had been told about my work to be corrected.
