Well Charles you berated others for stating "authoritative facts--which may not be authoritative at all." Yet, you are doing the same. Many people thought when they write the “TRUTH” , they are immune, but were mistaken and it cost them dearly. There are such legal concepts, related to defamation, as “False light” and “Right to privacy”. There the “TRUTH” is no defense. Absolutely.
