...are extremely damaging to their case. Why is Alcor making any statements about Johnson’s allegations at all outside of the court proceedings? Don’t their lawyers tell them to SHUT UP and respond only in the court? Maybe they already decided their motion is hopeless, so they now try their case in the court of public opinion instead. Well, in that case, good luck to them!

FD is preaching to the wrong audience. I doubt that any potential customer, after reading the Johnson book, will be eager to plunk $150,000 (or even $1) to Alcor. As for what can be verified, or not, any speculation is useless. The court is the sole authority as to what it admits into evidence as credible.
