On Wednesday November 4, 2009, at 11 A.M. there is going to be a hearing of Alcor’s preliminary injunction case against Scott Baldyga, Larry Johnson and Vanguard Press Inc. An appearance on this motion is scheduled before Judge Yates, in IAS Motion, Room 49, 60 Centre Street, New York, NY. Someone living in New York could attend and report the juicy details.
