We could use a hoist that lowers them from the ceiling to the appropriate spot? Anything with moving parts could be removed through a portal for regular maintainence. I have used forklifts, and I doubt hydraulics or any kind of fuel-burning engine would work -- they have enough trouble with winter temperatures. Electric motors should work, but the bearings and everything would have to be designed for constant cryogenic temperatures. It might be cheaper/easier to design it so the motor is external to the dome.

Superconductors would work if we just cool them a little more... Maybe it would be best to tap into the awesome power of LEVITATION! (Kidding. Sort of.)
