Very inaccurate

From the outside looking in, I bothered to find out how various cryo orgs operate. SA does NOT contract with individual parties except through provider orgs such as CI, ACS, Alcor with whom it may have a contract.

As an apparent critic of SA, you should at least know what you are talking about.

I am also a critic of SA, and am undecided as to whether their contractual method is beneficial to all interests. Their actual service quality has left important questions.

Perhaps if they did deal directly with real people, they would have a more customer-service-minded outlook that would be better for individual cryos. As it is, they only have to please orgs, like CI, so it seems.
