Response to The Wheels of (In)Justice

[Larry .. um, I mean, George .. already gloated...] and [tabloid type exaggerated material and lies...]

Bahumba, there is nothing to gloat about. More like something to cry over. If you read the Johnson book, you could notice that most of the book consists of transcripts of real voice recordings a copies of real documents from Alcor's filing cabinets. All of which are still in the defendants’ possession.

Alcor wanted to see Johnson eye to eye? As they say “be careful what you wish for, you might get it”. So Johnson, having in his hand an authentic document, signed no less than by Alcor’s Big Cheesehead, urging and authorizing Johnson to publish anything and everything that he can find in Alcor’s filing cabinets, moved directly in Arizona court to toss out the so-called default “injunction”. Similarly, as the New York court has vacated in October the temporary Alcor’s “injunction”. Interesting, you will not find the vacating order anywhere on Alcor’s web site.

I happen to know the Vanguard’s two lawyers. They are highly competent and combative, able to kick a... As for Alcor lawyers, they are discovering, to their chagrin, that it could be much easier to be ambulance chaser, rather than dewars chaser.

To sum it up for FD’s benefits, Alcor was never this close to having real regulators watching their act and finally assuring Alcor’s “organ donors” that they at long last can expect some improvements in service for their $150,000 donated in exchange for the “organs donation” lopsided contract.
