Did Johnson "fake a hospital visit," as FD's informant claims? (People passing on rumors to FD should be really cautious about making such accusations, unless they have proof, especially if others have accused them of libel, in the past.)
I they passed such information in private to FD then they have very little to fear. It is quite another matter to publish such claim for the world to see on the Internet. If it is true that Johnson faked his illness in order to avoid court appearance then it is a fraud upon the court (in many states a felony). If it is not true, then it is a prime case of libel per se.
