... unless your prepayment, whether by cash upfront or by insurance promised, ends up at the time of your demise to be greater than or equal to Alcor's then-stated "minimum". If it is not, you risk having some lesser and barbaric "preservation" method done to you! It is right there in the quoted "contract" and in Jennifer's edict!
And I doubt that has anything to do with the quality of any hammers, or with what type of fish can may be utilized to prop something up. More to do with whether you get modern cryopreservation chemicals, or maybe glycerol, or maybe just a straight freeze, or worse yet none of those.
