Yes, perhaps this will work to get some of my friends thinking seriously about biochemistry. I can have them read Behe's book, then after they are thoroughly educated on biochemistry I can explain the reason I think his central premise is flawed. But by that point they will have all that raw knowledge of biomechanics and I can perhaps push something like Soft Machines or Nanosystems on them.

You also said you were impressed by Donaldson's writings. Anything in particular?
