I'm so glad there's a Sherlock Holmes/Basil Rathbone forum! It's my general opinion that Basil Rathbone was the greatest Sherlock Holmes ever!! (Which he was...He was very good-looking too...) Although to be honest I don't like Nigel Bruce's portrayel of Watson. Don't get me wrong, he was a brilliant actor, but Watson was much more bright, and not so obtuse. But all well.
