Muswell Hill needs alot of investment. Look at Colney Hatch Lane. Its shabby, overcrowded and to expensive to live. Is it because it looks good on a CV that you have an N10 postcode? Muswell Hill is ****e. London used to be a good place and now it is an overcrowded, oppressive dumping ground.

Look at Alexandra Palace. Its all waffle. Nothing ever changes. No redevelopment, no investment. There should be a multiplex cinema built there. Wake up Muswell Hill!
