I haven't had my car clamped by them yet, mainly because I prefer to shop at Asda, But I did take a £40,000 Range Rover into them for a complete valet and paid an awful lot of money only to receive a very poorly valeted car in return, in addition to foot-prints on the carpeting and a cigarette end in the ash-tray...I don't smoke.
Why am I not surprised to read they are involved in this sort of thing.
