      I remember going roller skating at Ally Pally in the 1960's.
      I did not belong to a club but used to meet my friends there on a Saturday morning.
      I remember the strong breeze generated around the rink when the 'men's fast skating' was on, and that if you owned 'Jacko' skates you were allowed to use them, not hire a pair.
      We used to skate to 'The Beatles'.
