Why does this useless council let this happen that all main routes are clogged from the North and North West?

I am trying to gather information, archive material, memories etc on roller skating at Ally Pally in the mid 60's through to the early 70's, I myself belonged to the rollerskating club which met on Wednesday evening and Saturday mornings. we wore red leotards with a large white V down the front and white tights and white boot skates with orange nylon wheels, do you remember this?. I did not belong to a club but used to meet my friends there on a Saturday morning.
I remember the strong breeze generated around the rink when the 'men's fast skating' was on, and that if you owned 'Jacko' skates you were allowed to use them, not hire a pair.
