Heather...here is a picture of Jamall on his chain. The ring is made from a section of heavy walled stainless steel pipe, the links are the screw type and a heavy-duty swivel. I usually dont use the screw type links on my terriers as I don't want them loose. If my bird dogs get loose they just go to the pigeon loft and go on point! The terrier's WILL get into or find Trouble! I prefer lap links that are then welded together. If you do use screw links, put a product called "lock-tite" on the threads. This will help keep it from becoming unscrewed. I'm still at work but there's more than one way to skin a cat....so to speak.....
