Please keep my mom in your prayers

I am heading out this morning to go be with my mom for a few days. She is going to have a double knee replacement surgery tomorrow. She needed her left knee replaced over a year ago but she put it off because of dad's health. Now both of her knee are to the point where she has to have both of them done. Please remember her in your thoughts and prayers...

Mike my grand dad had both his knees done at the same time last Dec. He is 86 years old and couldnt evan play one round of golf at the par 3 corse using a cart. After his sugery he was realy upset that he did it because it hurt evan more, but now he says he wished he would have had it done 20 years ago and he's back to playing golf and all the other things he used to do and he feels great. My wifes grand mother had 1 of her knees done last Feb, and she is doing great as well, But she had the same feelings as my grandpa at first, So be ready to reasure her it was the right thing to do. I hope every thing else go good for her.

Mike,

If you have any questions about the surgery or problems let me know! As you know I am in the medical field, I wish you would of told me before she was having the surgery I could of helped you with the process. My family owns part of a small hospital in the city we would of given her the red carpet treatment. Let me know if I can do anything

Jimbo....Yeah I should have remembered that. It is if my head is in a bucket right now. I am not doing anything very well right now and really haven't been for a few months now. I'm not doing a good job with my family, I'm not doing a good job with my dogs, I'm not doing a good job with the forum...I'm just spinnin my wheels...or at least that's what it feels like I'm doing....

Hi Mike,
You have had more than your share of strife this year. God loves you, your dogs love you, you are the girls greatest Champion and hero. You're being tempered by the fires of life
But, you have to realize, clouds do darken the skys and rain does fall.... I see dark clouds gathering.......and a smell of Texas is in the air...........

Regards,

Mike
