Hey Mike.......ever consider abit of Bayou Teche Willie infusion into your lines...? I have an Elhew Damascus to Bayou Teche Willie male here (2 generations back, albeit....), but a heck of a dog.....at least on wild birds.
I have always liked what I have seen off the Bayou Tech Willie line, especially when out of the Moonraker Crestline gyp. All of the dogs from this mating looked magnificent. I can't recall ever having had any of this blood in my kennel, but I don't think that it would be of any harm either. There are certain individual dogs and lineages that I do purposefully stay away from as I personally do not feel that they can benefit me in any way, but I have never felt that way about Bayou Tech Willie.
