Bird Lease in Wichita Falls area

Hey guys for all of you that I talked with, I couldn't find anything large enough that wasn't overgrazed or wasn't a complete thicket. I was told you need to start looking as soon as the previous season is over, and once you get in hang on to it. I am still looking, but I am not going to hold my breath any longer. I have searched until I am blue in the face, guess I will day hunt this year and start the search over earlier next year. Thanks to all those who responded. If anyone else comes up with anything drop me an email.

Vince I have called about three leases since you and I talked that were looking for multiple leasees to go in on them. These leases are going fast this year to say the least, typical when the population is looking up some from last season
. I am going to be stuck on the public lands it looks like outside my guiding work I am contracted to. Sad I have 30,000 to guide on but cant afford to hunt it for pleasure myself LOL. Good luck on next year, I still have your numbers so IF anything comes up I'll give ya a holler. Best!!
