Update from South Texas

Greetings,

Been awhile, but I wanted to tell you that the two pups, Callie(Cassie X Stitch) and Libby(Liv X Hoss)I got from Bodarc have both blossomed into really nice little birddogs. They are among my very best and most consistant birdfinders, both on released birds, and out on wildbird hunts. Just what I require and was expecting.

Both have the personality to make a great house companion, although all my dogs are kenneled. One of my clients threatened to put Callie in his coat pocket(she's a compact pointer), and fly her home to Mama after watching her handling wild birds and backing all morning. She is a little dynamo with great heart. Libby is sweet as she can be, and is without a doubt, the prettiest pointer I have in my kennel. She has the nose and the style to match.

Thankfully, we do seem to have birds down here this season, at least over in the Hebbronville area, where I have been priveledged to hunt.

Here's wishing you all a great season as well,

Gary

Hey Gary Arnold....good to hear from ya. Glad to hear those girls are earning their keep. If you get a chance, shoot me some pictures and I'll post them here on the forum.
