First, I think you have chosen perhaps THE chronograph on the market. The RM004-v2 is a fabulous watch. However, its rarity is an absolute condition and to my knowledge, only one Forum member has a RM004 (and its a V1 at that). So, chances are, you will need to order it.
Second, Richard Mille makes a point of keeping close control of the dealerships and pricing worldwide. The reason that RM watches stays loyal to a relatively small number of dealers is to make sure that watches do not get dumped on the grey market and dealers do not fight against each other over discounts. You will probably find that for the RM004-v2, a watch that needs to be ordered in advance, that you will have to pay the list price for the country concerned.
However, if you buy the piece, please post pictures. I have yet to see an RM004-v2 in pictures or in real life. Love the watch.
