RM won the day this weekend anyway - see the choices available as well. Will still consider the AP Polaris - thanks for all the comments. To cap it all, yellow strap was attached even before I saw the fantastic scans from Steven. Unfortunately phone colour doesn't match
BTW, there will be new deployment from RM which is based on a spring mechanism. See the pictures below. Wondered what others think of it.

What do you think of the following combinations ??? Sorry no wine bottles at work

I think Thomas M should put the platinum FM on a bright blue strap

Enjoy!

Love the second shot - the orange strap works surprisingly well

with the red gold RM005 - which I remember from a while back. Good to see you still enjoying the watch.

Thanks for the photos.

Thanks

Thanks Andrew for your comments. Yes, I am still enjoying the RG005. Quite a different animal with different coloured straps, new deployment & new crystal! Both watches are great as a pair for Mr & Mrs

Do all the watches belong to me on the tray? Not so lucky. Only select few.

Hi Lee, those are really eye catching watches! Make sure you have a colourful shirt to go with! Beautiful orange and rose gold by the way. Thanks for sharing and please keep them coming.

Thanks for sharing - wear it in the very best of health.

Looks GREAT! I am really falling in love with the 005FM Ti...

I do not really like the regular 005 much but the Ti FM is a totally different animal. The finish of the case is super cool and the color brings just enough fun to the watch without making it a novelty. The absolute perfect every day watch IMHO. I'm thinking of picking one up to tie me over until I can afford the 009.

As for the deployant, I thought about buying one for my 002. I found it to not be nearly as comfortable as the tang. There are some sharp edges and it threw off the balance that I love. It is a cool design though, I'd like to see them refine it a bit.

Daily beater

August 16 2006, 9:01 AM

Wearing it daily at the moment. Problem is that the yellow strap keeps peeping out from the sleeve, and brings a smile to my face thinking of the watch. Quite a change from the platinum watch that I was wearing. Nice to have something that is understated (!) and yet complicated in terms of the material usage to provide the final weight.
The case is finished in a microsandblasted fashion which makes it look like Alusic without the Alusic price! Everything is relative of course.
Great piece for the females as well. Very light and they can certainly identify with the colours.
