Four mounths ago I sent my RM 005 in titanium to the workshop. The watch stopped working when the date mechanism started its functioning.
I just received back the watch. It has two little hairs inside. One on the dial between 10 and 11, and other on the back. Besides, the pvd coating in the ring of the disc containing the numbers of the date is kind of cracking (like when you pain a wall and it doesn´t dry properly).
I already sent and email to Mr. Richard Mille, and as I should stress that I am very disappointed about the service received by the workshop, I should also stress that Mr. Mille answered for the fourth time the emails him self, and behaved like a true gentelman.
He told me this time he will follow carefully the repair of the watch, so I hope it is not going to take another four mounths to return because I love this watch, and despite everything, I am a hughe fan of Mr. Mille and his brand.
