Irish Scots, not British Scots

by

Well first of all I'm sure I speak for a large number of Celtic fans when I say I am proud to be Scottish, of Irish descent but most certainly not proud to be British.
Why should Irish-minded Scots be loyal to a country (Britain) who attempted to destroy the country of their forefathers and wipe out its people in the process? The Famine was not the only reason why Irish people moved to Scotland you know, they were also driven out by the reign of terror imposed on them by the British!
As the Feilds of Athenrye goes: "Against the famine and the crown, I rebelled they cut me down."
Keep the faith and Hail Hail!
