more speed

I know there is a way to change the speed of all the cars of the game because i did it one year past.
NOw I don't remember how to do this, there is a special keyword with a number.
Like playermaxspeed 5000 or something similar, i don't remember.
Can anyone help me.
It's real, i'm not joking.
