DMC-I want to down load it but can't? and the game sucks with out it

I'vve been trying to download the DMC for the past 2 months but can't get it, any suggestions? The game really sucks the way they got it set up, I'm not a rule player and just want to do what ever I want and they got all these time limits and crap - I need help getting the DMC
