Looking at moving up need some advice though...

Hey guys,
I am currently driving a 95 3.8L v6 mustang convertible and want to move up to at least a 2002. After I purchased my 95 I found out that there was a problem with it that I ended up fixing by putting a new motor in. My question is should I keep my 95 convertible or move up to a 2003 3.8 v6 that I found a good deal on, with only 13,000 miles? Currently my 95's new engine only has 3,000 miles on it, but the 03 I am considering has a few more features and is still under warranty as well. If any one knows of defects or problems with the 03's that could make my decision easier please let me know.
