The article link you posted from the Cleveland Plain Dealer on voter fraud is just the first shot. Believe it or not, Moveon.org has a petition circulating to send to your congressman to request paper ballots, calling electronic voting with no physical record too error prone.
If electronic voting with no paper trail goes through, I predict that the dead shall rise up and vote as never before. I also think that it may be the first step to civil war. I'm not kidding. We've already seen what citizens who feel that they're disenfranchised can do in Oklahoma City. That's just a fringe element. When 'average' Americans begin to believe that their vote isn't being counted, don't think that they won't get violent. Think about civil rights in the 60's and the Black Panthers, Weathermen, etc.
