Ok here we go. First time I have ever heard Neil (as I say in my poem) was as a teenager and (boy that was many moons ago)he was on the radio..boy that was something had to just run out and buy this album...was my very first, my very own that I did not have to share with anybody else.
Oh my gosh first time I played it Wow... just had to keep playing it over and over. to this day still can not get enough of this one. (and soon I am going to get the remastered CD that everyone talks about because this album has been played so much it gots lots of static but I still love it and still play it..is always album closest to stereo always ready to play!
Ok the songs..oh gosh I love the whole album but few that stand out are....
Solitary Man is just so awesome on HAN cant describe it.
Cherry Cherry.. boy I love how Neil just goes to town on this one.
Canta Libre.. one of my all time favorites on HAN because it's so gentle sounding and is kinda oh what am I looking for here to describe this...want to say romantic but more to the point I think maybe soothing? is good.
Oh and Cracklin Rosie..boy oh boy..what a great song on this album.
The drums are amazing on here as is the guitar playing is all in all great number one album in my book. if I could only have one this would be it even over JLS which has inspired me greatly would still have to choose HAN because it was first Neil album first all time fall in love with the songs and is very sentimental to me as Neil fan. I could not ask for better quality sound or writing than this Album.
ok Mike there are my few thoughts I really did try not to get off track and I could stay here all day and go on and on about the songs on this album but like I said I love them all!!!!
