I always thought that when Neil retired from touring that he would become a record producer and mold the young talent coming up.
It probably woudl involve his own music publishing company ( I think he already has that) and his own label so he can promote his own creative material without someone telling him what or what not to record.
He probably doesn't have the time with all the touring he does.
