Other countries and insurance

U.S. auto and bike insurance is not in force in other countries and so short-term insurance usually must be taken out when driving in other countries. It's like when you drive a rental car and have to get insurance for the period you drive it. Anyway, Neil has taken his bike to toher countries, but this past year he was prevented riding his Harley in Autralia because the insurance company would not insure him. I don't know why, but I heard he was p.o.'d big time about it.
