Yes, you have to get to a show VERY early on the tour these days

if you want to hear the good stuff. In fact, he dropped "Windmills Of My Mind" after just the ONE Ft. Worth appearance and it was one of the most awesome things I've ever heard him do live. He did it flawlessly and put so much more life into it than on the album.

Same thing in Australia on the 1996 tour. He was doing so many Tennessee Moon songs in those first two Sydney shows, including Blue Highway. He did Talking Optimist Blues in every show. After just two shows Blue Highway was dropped and other were axed along the line. By the time he got to the US Talking Optimist was a thing of the past. What a pity!
