I have no complaints.......

I watched Live By Request and I was just about in tears. As a matter of fact a re-run of it is on right now and I am listening as I type this. I don't know why I have such a "thing" for Neil Diamond. I remember when the Jazz Singer came out and my dad took me to see that in the theater........I was a kid, I hadn't even hit my teenage years yet......I thought he was/is the absolute best!

I tried to get tickets for one of his two concerts today. I live in Minnesota and he will be here October 26th and 27th. The only seats left were way up in the nose bleed section and I didn't want to be that far up. I wanted to be close. It makes me sad just to think that I won't be able to see him. If there was one thing that I wanted to do, it was to see him in concert.

I have his 3-cd of all his songs. I need to get a new one though as my 3 year old son thought he could turn them in circles and now they are scratched and of course my favorite songs are the ones that now skip or sound terrible. Need to find a replacement asap.

Sorry this is so long, I just wanted to say how I felt. I was looking for a web site that maybe had a place where I could send e-mail directly to him. Just wanted to let him know that I think hes the best and I hope he is around for a long long time. I look forward to buying his new cd. I'm sure I will go on line to purchase that. I wish I could see him live. You all must think I am just totally nuts, but he is just one person that gets to me and he just sings right to your soul it seems like. There aren't to many people that can do that.

Enough for now, thank you for letting me vent......
