I'm sorry that it has left you this way the things themself are bad enough but it is the emotional side which is worse I think. From what I have read marsupializations tend to settle down and in most cases are barely recognisable afterwards so I'm guessing it will shrink back and go more normal looking if it hasn't already. I'd really bring up your worrries with thr gyno to see their input and it could be you are a slow healer.
