How long did it take for it to shrink back

Hi - I know this is an old message, but I am still waiting for the hole to shrink - probably won't now though after all this time I spose.

My question to you is how long did it actually take for it to go for you - was it years - and is it totally gone now or do you still have some sort of drain hole there. I know these questions sound horrible but I feel mutilated and worse than before the op and I am hoping it will finally go some day.

I really wish I had seen this site before the op as I doubt I would have trusted someone to do it or at least would have tried some other options first.
