I'm going to physical therapy for the same problem. I had the cyst for a long time before it was diagnosed. My muscles tightened up as a result and I have slight vaginismus, which makes sex painful and causes my vagina to burn. I too feel tight all the time. I'm hoping the physical therapy will help. My doctor also prescribed estrogen cream to thicken the lining of my vagina, which is thin due to the muscle spasms and lack of sex. Best of luck to you
