Many thanks for replying to me. I had had a large painless lump for years and I did not realise that it was a swollen gland. Eventually of course it turned into a horrendous abscess. My recovery was incredibly fast but thanks to your reply I now realise my muscles have tightened and that is the cause of my problem. I will go and see my doctor. I hope your physical therapy helps you
