I'm facing the same problem. I've had my cyst for 4 years and has not caused any pain. The only problem is that intercourse is very painfull because of dryness and tight muscles. I notice that afterwards the cyst would actually swell twice the size! You mentioned physical therapy....what kind of therapy is this and how can I get my gynae to recommend me for one? I've had mine drained twice and it keeps swelling after intercourse.
