Is this Bartholin?

Hi, I am a little confused. I have a "something" swollen about the size of a walnut or bigger but it is just on the inside of my vagina on the left/front side. It is killing me. I cannot sit, walk etc. I went to the doctors yesterday and told her I thought this is what i have and she didn't even examine me but gave me a prescription for antibiotics. Also, the pain is spread to the front upper part of my vagina as well along the left side of my clitoris and even on the front pubic bone. I can clearly see/feel a large lump when I look in the mirror but, are these cysts on the inside or outside?
