I am having your same problem. No doctors know anything about it even my OBGYN has not used this term for it. I am having surgery in a week they put me on my 4th antibiotic in the past 4 months. Mine comes back right before my period. This sucks and is so painful. I am going crazy. Please tell me the sugery worked.
